The New Mexico Economic Development Department and the New Mexico Border Authority report that an additional $4.2 million in funding will go toward projects along the border, including in the Santa Teresa area, near a busy border crossing, adding to funding already allotted for the improvements and bringing the total amount of funding to $11.9 million for border infrastructure. It also comes with an amendment to the initial agreement between the two entities.
